This Refund Policy applies to paid Quomira subscriptions and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Quomira may offer guest or free access tiers that do not require payment. No refund applies to free usage.
Paid subscriptions (including monthly and annual plans) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, scheduled downgrades, or canceled subscriptions.
Quomira may, in its sole discretion, review requests for a one-time courtesy refund for a first-time purchase if you contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial charge. Courtesy refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated requests, or significant use of the paid features.
If you cancel renewal, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew for the next period. After the paid period ends, your account may move to a free or lower-tier plan based on your current account settings and product configuration.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, or billing-cadence changes may take effect immediately or at the end of your current billing period depending on the plan, billing cadence, and the billing settings shown in your account at the time of the change. The timing shown in your account controls.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse chargebacks or payment disputes.
