This Privacy Policy explains how Quomira ("Quomira," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website and services.

• Account information: email address, password hash, account status, and verification records.
• Billing information: subscription plan details and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Quomira does not store full payment card numbers.
• Calculator and product usage data: the deal inputs, preferences, presets, and actions you take in the Service.
• AI feature inputs (optional): if you use Deal Assistant or other AI features, the text you submit and the generated output.
• Support and communications: messages you send to support, and operational emails we send you (for example, verification, billing, and service notices).
• Technical and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, page visits, referring pages, and diagnostic data.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication cookies, security cookies, and similar technologies used to operate and improve the Service.

• Process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and billing-related requests

• Service providers/processors: vendors that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting/infrastructure, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery, logging/monitoring, and analytics).

• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions. You may also request a copy of the information associated with your account, where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

How to submit a privacy request: email support@quomira.com from the email address associated with your account and include "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Please include enough detail for us to understand what you are asking for (for example: access, deletion, correction, or a copy/export).

• Identity verification: we may request additional information to verify your identity and protect your account.
• Response timing: we aim to respond within 30 days (and sooner when possible), subject to legal requirements and permitted extensions.
• Account deletion: if you request deletion, we may retain certain records as required for legal, security, billing/tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You can cancel marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. You will still receive transactional or service-related emails (for example, account verification and billing notices).

8. California and other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal information, and to limit certain uses or disclosures, subject to applicable law and exceptions. Quomira does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International use

Quomira is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
